MBYLL Coaching Clinics 2017

MBYLL is offering a number of Level 1 clinics (for first-time coaches) and a Trilogy advanced clinic in each region (for re-certifications only).

Certification also available through the Boston Cannons Coaching Symposium (Sunday March 26th at Endicott College)

Multi-faceted coaching education experience at Gillette Stadium on Sunday March 5th.

Clinics cost $50 with advanced registration 


Feb 2nd: MBYLL/HGR Level 1 in North Andover

March 2nd: MBYLL/Trilogy Re-Cert in Chelmsford

March 5th: MBYLL Coaching clinic(s) at Gillette Stadium

March 7th: MBYLL/Trilogy Re-Cert in Brookline

March 15th: MBYLL/USL 1 in Norfolk

March 15th: MBYLL/HGR Level 1 in Melrose

March 26th: Cannons Coaching Symposium for Re-Certs (must register directly with Cannons)

March 27th: MBYLL/USL 1 in Grafton

March 29th: MBYLL/Trilogy Re-Cert in Grafton

MBGLL Coaching Requirements

MBGLL Recreation Program, Coach’s Requirements:
Head & asst coaches must complete US Lacrosse Level 1 Online course (currently free) - good for 2 years

U13 and U15 head coaches must attend US Lacrosse Level 1 Coach’s Clinic (in person) - good for 2 years  

All head & asst coaches must complete the Positive Coaching Alliance (PCA) online or in-person course - every year

All head & asst coaches must attend the pre-season Rules Q. and A. sessions  annually - every year

Coaching Certification

The attached documents explain what is needed to obtain a coaching card for both girls and boysThe boys division strongly encourages assistant coaches to obtain training and a card.
