Pierce is a skilled attacker, he helped Bowdoin this year reach the NESCAC semifinal game. Pierce also plays ice hockey where the team made NASCAC Finals and were participants in the NCAA Division III quarter finals. Attended Hotchkiss School for a post graduate year after attending Portsmouth Abbey School for three years. Three year starter at PA was All-League Honorable Mention senior year and lead his team to the EIL Championship and the best record in school history 18-2. At Hotchkiss School he won the Founders League Championship and finished ranked 5th in New England. Pierce was also captain of cross country and ice hockey teams. Pierce received the Athletic Association Award for leadership and athletic ability.
