John Manning
2009: Manning became a key piece to the Saints' transition game and defense in his junior season. The 6'3 midfielder recorded career-highs in games played (17), goals (3), assists (3), points (6), ground balls (39) and caused turnovers (18). Manning also earned a spot on the Liberty League's All-Academic team
2008: In his sophomore season, Manning became a regular substitution for the Saints in the midfield. The Boxford, MA native played in eight games while picking up his first two goals of his collegiate career. He also chipped in 10 ground baland four caused turnovers.
2007: Manning was a back-up middie for the St. Lawrence University men's lacrosse team in his rookie season. The Boxford, MA native chipped in one assist in the Liberty League Championship game against Skidmore, along with four ground balls during the season.
Manning was an outstanding student-athlete, competing in three varsity sports while earning recognition in the classroom as well. The Boxford, MA native competed in soccer, basketball, and lacrosse, serving as captain for the lacrosse team for two seasons. Manning was also a three-time First Team All-League lacrosse player, a member of the National Honor Society, and the recipient of the Barbara B. Dresser Memorial Scholarship.
