BOYS & GIRLS: Fall/Winter Skills Development

Nolan Godfrey and Claddagh Lacrosse will once again offer their Fall/Winter Skills Development program at Route One Sports (formerly Strike One) in Danvers. They have expanded to a 7-day schedule to accommodate each age, skill, gender, and level with multiple training times throughout the week so that all players can consistently be trained at their convenience. Claddagh now not only has space on the large turf field, but have also built out LaxHub, a full-service lacrosse facility that includes a fully netter NikeTurf area, state-of-the-art strength & conditioning facility, and video analysis room. Think of a fitness center specific to lacrosse players, with personal training every time they walk through the door!

What is Claddagh Skills Development?
Claddagh Skill Development is the optimal off-season training program for lacrosse players. We use a comprehensive, position-specific skill curriculum to achieve our goal of successful skill development for each player. While the spring and summer seasons are focused on team play and concepts, the off-season is the time when players need to address and improve their individual skill sets. In our Skill Development program, our staff of NCAA coaches and professional players will put each player on a progressive, graded plan to facilitate maximum skill acquisition during these off months.

ORIGIN LACROSSE

What is Origin Lacrosse?

Origin Lacrosse is an offseason skill development program for middle school and high school athletes who are looking to improve their lacrosse IQ and become more dynamic lacrosse players. We set out to better prepare your athlete for the Spring Lax season. O ur experienced staff of college coaches and current players will work both one on one and in small group settings with your son to improve his athletic potential.

Our staff will guide athletes week by week through vital habits that are essential to becoming a successful lacrosse player at the next level. We work hard to infuse principles of sportsmanship, hard work, and enthusiasm into each part of the game. Origin Lacrosse is an ideal program to develop the skills and character of your son's lacrosse game.

NEW ENGLAND SELECT LACROSSE LEAGUE (NESLL)


The NESLL coaching staff is the best in New England! Our staff includes top high school coaches as well as current & former collegiate players.

Our goal is to develop the player’s skill level and introduce some fundamental game concepts of the game of lacrosse.

Instruction includes:
Basic Stick Skills
Shooting & Scoring
Dodging
Defensive Skills
Progressing Offensive Play

REPERTOIRE FITNESS

Those of you who attended the Tribal year end BBQ saw a training demonstration by professional trainer, Peter Reppas. His Summer Training Camp is coming to St. Vasilios Church in Peabody. Boys and girls participating in all sports and at all levels of ability, who want to get an athletic edge will benefit from Peter’s expertise in developing speed, agility, quickness, muscle and cardio endurance. The program will also focus on nutrition. Peter will be teaching your child just as he has taught other great athletes such as Randy Moss of the New England Patriots, NBA Slam Dunk Champion Vince Carter of the Orlando Magic, NFL All Pro Julius Peppers of the Chicago Bears and NBA star Luol Deng of the Chicago Bulls. Camp dates are 8/9-8/13 (ages 11-13) & 8/16-8/20 (ages 14-16). This camp is a great way to get ready for the upcoming Fall Ball, football and soccer seasons.
